On-Site
Home User PC Support:
- $30 first hour, $20 subsequent hours

Business PC Support:
- $35 first hour, $25 subsequent hours

Network Installation (running of wires through building structures, etc.):
- $40 first hour, $30 subsequent hours

Server Installation, Maintenance, and Support:
- $50 first hour, $40 subsequent hours

*All on-site work performed in excess of 50 miles from Ironton, Ohio may incur a $30 trip charge.

Telephone Support:
Home Users:
- $20 per hour billed in 15 minute increments

Business Users:
- $30 per hour billed in 15 minute increments

Remote Administration (business customers only):
- $30 per hour

Contracts are available for all services rendered in a pre-paid format at a discounted rate.
